Dear Sculptors and Painters,
Non profit Fund of Sculptors of Russia ‘Edinenie’ and Administration of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District are inviting you to participate in the VI International Ice Sculpture Competition ‘Polar Rhapsody’ within the framework of International art-festival ‘Polar Rhapsody’. The Competition will be held from 16 through to 24 November 2008 in the city of Salekhard, the only city in the world located on the Polar Circle.

The Non-Commercial Fund of Sculptors of Russia “Edinenie” and Administration of Yamalo - Nenetsky Autonomous Okrug have an honour of inviting you to participate in the V-th International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival "Polar Rhapsody" that will be held during the celebration of the 75-th anniversary of Yamalo - Nenetsky Autonomous Okrug and the 410-th anniversary of the city of Salekhard. The Festival will be held from 21 through 28 November 2005 in the capital of Yamalo - Nenetsky Autonomous Okrug (YANAO) in the city of Salekhard that is the only city in the world located on the Polar Circle.
